Liquid creatine is rumoured to provide the body with benefits that take place immediately after taking the supplement. The professionals marketing liquid creatine also claim that the consumer can feel the difference that liquid creatine makes as early as the first day. Many of these claims are scientifically unsubstantiated and there is no evidence to support them. This supplement does have many great benefits and in an attempt to separate the falsehoods from the truth, this article will provide the straight dope on liquid creatine.

Creatine monohydrate is the powder counterpart of liquid creatine. The recognizable difference separating the two is the fact that one is liquid; one is powder. There are no other outrageous benefits to one than the other. The claims that liquid creatine is the best supplement because it reaches the muscles and enables them to absorb the creatine instantly are unfounded. There is no evidence to indicate that liquid creatine doesn’t work in this manner either. The fact is that there is not enough scientific research available to make a sound conclusion. Most bodybuilders who have chosen to try liquid creatine have reported the same results as with the creatine powder. These testimonials from bodybuilders and weight trainers that have tried liquid creatine help deduce that in all likelihood, the only benefit of this form of supplement is that it is already in liquid form. No mixing required!

Scientific research has dictated for years that creatine supplements need time to be properly absorbed into the body. Therefore, the claims that liquid can be immediately available to the muscles is completely untrue. In fact, there are actually some drawbacks to choosing liquid creatine over powder form. Creatine that is in liquid is highly unstable. The unstable environment of creatine being in liquid basically means that it can spontaneously downgrade into a product called creatinine. This substance is completely useless for the body and is considered a dead food meaning it has no nutritional substance at all.

The other downfall to choosing liquid form is that it has been a subject of tests in recent years and the researchers found much lower content levels of creatine in the liquid than what is stated on the label. This is in all likelihood due to the instability of the creatine in the liquid and has begun to deteriorate into creatinine. As a result, the powders are much more reliable than liquids. There is also virtually no risk with creatine powders that it doesn’t contain the health properties that are required for strength and weight training.

There are a few minor benefits to taking liquid creatine but they are small compared to the benefits that are consistently provided through powders. Be the master of your own domain and discover which works best for you powder or liquid creatine.

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

The fitness community has largely ignored kre-alkalyn creatine as a suitable supplement. In part due to the reason that there has been much controversy surrounding creatine supplements to the point that trying new creatine products could be intimidating. Most people are doubtful when they are faced with the benefits that kre alkalyn creatine can provide for weight or strength training. Others have just grown tired of every new bodybuilding supplement claiming outrageous things about the product. Kre-alkalyn creatine is a very beneficial product and its days of being ignored are coming to a close.

Kre alkalyn creatine has a remarkably high PH level that is highly meaningful in bodybuilding circles. In order to understand the full potential of kre-alkalyn creatine it is necessary to understand the importance of the PH levels. The reason this is so important is because one of the main issues with creatine-based supplements is the issue of solubility. Creatine deteriorates to creatinine because it is unstable in this form and renders creatine useless. The PH level in kre alkalyn creatine was discovered to not only slow the deterioration process down but actually stopped the process when the PH level remained at 12. This is the critical part of using kre-alkalyn creatine because it remains stable in the body instead of breaking down into useless creatinine. Kre-alkalyn creatine creates the right environment for the substance being transported to the muscles. The nutrients travel to the muscles and are able to be absorbed at full strength as they are delivered instead of potentially being delivered in a partially deteriorated state.

Kre-alkalyn creatine is a very effective muscle-building supplement because of the ability to hold creatine at full strength. That has a major advantage over other creatine supplements because despite how strong or potent they might be, the fact remains that creatine become unstable within the body and similarly in liquid. It is in this same vein of information that the dosage of kre alkalyn creatine is much smaller in comparison to powdered creatine supplements.

Using any creatine supplement will ultimately give the same results as using kre alkalyn creatine. It may just take a little longer due to the instability of creatine. Kre-alkalyn creatine has an advantage of time as it can deliver the goods to the muscles every time, in full strength. There are also very few side effects or uncomfortable bloating episodes in part due to the small dosage and because it is easy for the GI system to digest in this form.

Kre alkalyn creatine is generally sold in a small, encapsulated form for convenience and ease of swallowing. The usual dose is one or two capsules a day because it is highly potent there is no need for taking it excessively. Kre alkalyn creatine has the potential to become one of the best strength training supplements available today. Grab the bull by the horns and give kre-alkalyn creatine a try today. Discover the difference that full strength creatine delivered to your muscles can make in achieving your personal goals!

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

It is imperative to remember when thinking about trying creatine ethyl ester (CEE) that there is very little scientific data available. Creatine ethyl ester is a very new product that has recently been introduced to the bodybuilding community. It is showing great and strong promise for those strength training and the benefits can’t be disregarded. There are a few things that are known about CEE and the benefits that it can give any athlete.

The first key point about creatine ethyl ester is that it is much more soluble than traditional creatine products. What does this mean for the consumer? Solubility means that CEE is transported to the muscle for use much faster than other creatine products. Creatine monohydrate and other products have a considerably low solubility percentage. Typically the dosage is much higher than creatine ethyl ester for this exact reason. Because the solubility is so low, the dosage of creatine products are higher than CEE.

There is some confusion regarding creatine ethyl ester because at the end of a training session there is no sufficient evidence to support the fact that it leads to a larger increase of creatine in the muscle. At the end of the training period the levels of creatine in the muscles do not support the claims that it builds up creatine levels in the muscles. CEE is such a new product that this element is still being researched and studied.

One of the facts that are known about creatine ethyl ester is that it uses body fat more efficiently. This is a highly beneficial factor because it increases lipopholic abilities meaning that it infuses the cell wall and provides maximum benefits to the muscles. CEE is much more efficient in this manner than the creatine monohydrate and other such products. That simply means that CEE is absorbed and transported to the muscles much more efficiently than traditional creatine.

CEE doesn’t give the uncomfortable side effect of bloating. This is in part due to the high absorption rate of CEE. The other part of the reason for not bloating is that there is a significantly lower dosage required than traditional creatine supplements. Creatine in general attracts water into the cells and therefore, not taking as high a dose can prevent that water bloated feel and look. The creatine that doesn’t get absorbed by the cells gets stored outside these cells and causes the bloating effect. The pivotal difference with CEE is that it attracts that bloating water into the muscle. This provides hydration and a hard, solid appearance to muscles without the water retention. Give creatine ethyl ester a try today and discover for yourself the incredible strength training properties it presents any consumer.

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

Creatine glutamine is a combination of two of the most essential components to any bodybuilding muscle supplement. Glutamine levels are very important to a weight or strength trainer because they are depleted intensely when training. Using muscles in general depletes glutamine levels and rigorous training sessions eat up glutamine faster than the body can sustain it. Glutamine is not a substance that the body can naturally create making creatine glutamine an excellent addition to any strength training individual diet. It is also well known that glutamine is a crucial element to keeping muscles healthy and strong so a solid supplement is absolutely necessary.

Creatine glutamine not only provides a healthy dose of glutamine and creatine, it also adds many vital amino acids. These are very helpful in the maintenance of muscles as well as promoting fast healing. That means there is less down time after a rigorous training session when using creatine glutamine as a bodybuilding supplement. These also provide a much-needed boost to the immune system, which is an added benefit to this first-class supplement.

Creatine on its own is well known for being a powerful supporter for increasing strength and building lean muscle mass. It also provides longer endurance times, which means that the training sessions can be longer in duration. Longer strength training sessions are an absolutely necessary aspect to increasing muscle mass and adding strength. Creatine glutamine as a supplement provides all needed nutrition to the muscles to keep them in tiptop shape and create an atmosphere that promotes growth.

Glutamine is known as a cell enhancer and as such, influences muscle protein within the body. Creatine glutamine prevents the excess acid within the muscles. The excess acid in muscles is what causes them to become drained and tired. Reducing acid build-up promotes a longer pumping session and prevents those effects from taking place. In fact, most experts agree that creatine glutamine is the most powerful supplement because it is the most potent cell-signalling supplement available. Creatine glutamine maximizes on creatine intake, cellular hydration provided to the muscles and strengthening not only muscles, but also the immune system.

There are many supplements that also cause the ill-wanted crashes associated with bodybuilding supplements. Creatine glutamine remains stable in the body and is a great support to the stability of blood sugar levels. For this reason there are no highs or lows connected with creatine glutamine and there have been no reports of crashing individuals while using this supplement. No crashing, adding glutamine to the body as a substance the body can’t make and requires and an added boost of creatine really showcases what makes this one of the best strength training supplements today.

Discover the impact that creatine glutamine can have in your strength training process today. Intense energy, incredible pumps and a boost to the immune system are at your fingertips today. Give creatine glutamine a try and notice the effects in as little as a few training sessions!

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

Creatine protein is one of the most imperative substances to any bodybuilder and potentially any athlete. Creatine provides the muscles with increased strength and extra available energy that is required to build up strength and lean muscle mass. Creatine and protein gives the muscles the ability to grow while providing the ability to also repair themselves. There are many rips and tears that can take place when strength or weight training and providing the body with the proper nutrients allows them the ability to heal. There are many supplements available today claiming to provide outrageous benefits however, it is the best advice to understand the separate components that make each supplement unique and effective.

It has become widely accepted in recent years that protein makes the very building blocks of the body. With that concept in mind it is easy to ascertain how a combination of creatine and protein together in one supplement could provide an excellent source of nutrition for the body. Creatine protein gives the body essential amino acids that are required for the body to create natural creatine in the muscles as well. They also help the bones stay strong, keep tendons strong and healthy as well as maintaining healthy organs. Creatine and protein provides nutrition to the many aspects of strength training and packs it all in one fantastic supplement.

Glycogen becomes an important player when creatine protein is added to the mixture. This is because glycogen is type of carbohydrate that is stored within the muscle and is responsible for actually fuelling the muscle. The creatine protein supplements encourage the muscles to store more glycogen so that when intense sessions of strength training are conducted, more oxygen is available for the muscles. The cardiopulmonary system can’t keep up to the demands placed on it when intensely training so the added element of storage through glycogen is a welcome addition.

Results cannot be expected to be immediate when first beginning Creatine and protein supplement therapy. The chemical reactions that follow after ingesting creatine protein creates muscle fullness to provide longer training sessions as a building block to promote increased strength. While these benefits are a result of taking Creatine and protein, any good trainer will say that the body needs time to properly absorb and utilize the supplement. Remember, there aren’t any magic solutions to gaining increased strength and muscle mass. There are only supplements available to create the right environment in the muscles to promote that growth.

Unlock the potential in any weight or strength training and give Creatine and protein supplements a try. Whether its building muscle mass or strength training, Creatine and protein provides the muscles with the right nutrition to promote growth. Make finding a quality creatine protein supplement a priority and begin to experience the intense energy that only creatine protein can provide!

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

We live in a society where we want things and we want them now. If you need to build muscle fast then you know what I am talking about. Here are six exercises and 2 cycles for you to build muscle fast doing when you need to.

- Let’s break this into 2 cycles. First of all for 2 weeks you will do each cycle two times. For each exercise rest 30 seconds between them. Do cycle one completely and then rest for up to 2 minutes.

- Doing two cycles for about two weeks should start to get you in shape and allow you to add a third cycle.

- The cycles and rest time are important, but so is choosing the correct weight for your ability. Do each exercise listed below comfortably before adding more weight.

Here are 6 exercises to do when you need to build muscle fast.

1. To start with you will do bent-leg knee raises. You do these by lying on your back, relax you neck and head, and place your hands on the floor near your ****. You will place your feet flat on the floor. Then lower your abdominal muscles so you can raise your knees towards your rib cage. Next slowly lower your feet back to their original position. Do this 12 times per set.

2. Your next exercise is called the V-Up. To do this you lie on your side with your body in a straight line and your arms folded across your chest. Keep your legs together as you lift them off the floor towards your top elbow while raising it towards your hip. Do 10 reps of these on each side.

3. Next you will do the Bridge. To do this get in the push-up position with your elbows straight. It is important to keep your body straight, your stomach in, and your **** down. You should start with doing 20 seconds while breathing normally and work up to 60 second sets as you are able. Do 1 or 2 reps of the Bridge.

4. Now you will do 10 reps of leg extensions. This is done by sitting on a leg extension machine, lean back slightly, and lift the pads to where your leg is extended.

5. 10 reps of Tricep pull downs are next. You will a tricep pushdown machine. To do this exercise you bring the bar to directly at your waste with your elbows against your side. Push the bar down until your arm is extended but not to the point that you lock your elbows out, and then go to the return position.

6. Lastly do 10 reps of bicep curls with either a dumbbell or a barbell. Hold the barbell in front of you, curl the weight toward your shoulders, wait for a second, and then return to the starting position.

This is six exercises you can when you need to build muscle fast. Overtime you will build more muscle and be able to add weight and reps as well.

By: Mike Parker

About the Author:

There are many people who enjoy going to the gym to get their workout every week. However, more and more people are finding that they just do not have the time anymore. That is why more people are trying to find the best gym equipments to build muscle that they can use to set up a home gym.

When you are beginner or have been away from exercise for a while then you should wait on getting a home gym until you become more knowledgeable about the different types of gym equipment that is available.

Join a local gym to start your workout while you take the time to find someone that you can talk to about what you want to buy and what you do not want to buy. This is important to know before you buy anything.

When you are involved in weight training the one of the first thing that you will want to buy is a set of weights. You can get free weights cheap. A basic set of weights will consist of some small weights, 10 pounds (4.5 kg) and 20 pounds (9 kg) of hand held dumbbells. Plus a bar that has larger, exchangeable weights.

There will be a point that you will want to get a weight machine which will offer you the ability to work out a specific muscle group. The muscle groups I am talking about are the biceps, quadriceps and deltoids.

Another advantage of the machines is that they are safer than using free weights. Also when you want to work the muscle groups like the calves and hamstrings, this will be harder to do with free weights.

Then there are the stair steppers which are popular for people who are trying to find great gym equipments to build muscle. These are great for a cardiovascular workout with low joint impact while allowing you to build thighs and calves. Another popular piece of equipment that is popular for home gyms are the treadmills.

When you are trying to find any type of gym equipments to build muscle, you definitely want to educate yourself on them. This is very important if you are going to get the maximum effect from your home gym.

You will not regret taking the time you did if you want to build muscles effectively. So do not jump into your own home gym until you know what will work best to help you build muscles.

By: Mike Parker

About the Author:

In order to understand what role creatine monohydrate plays it is first necessary to understand what creatine is. The human body makes creatine from several different types of amino acids within the system. However, it is necessary that the body be provided with a nutritious diet that is abundant in amino acids as well as other nutrients in order for the body to manufacture creatine. These factors must not be skipped when giving the body nutrition or the amount of creatine being manufactured is much lower than required levels should be.

Now that you know that the human body makes creatine, it is sensible to ascertain that adding a creatine supplement can boost those creatine levels in the body. The high content of amino acids in creatine monohydrate helps this process enormously. The body takes those excess amino acids that are introduced with creatine and converts them into energy for the muscles. Anytime a muscle is used for flexing, lifting or any slight movement, creatine is present and fires within the muscle. Creatine monohydrate added to any work out schedule will provide the muscles with the hydration and energy needed to endure rigorous work out regimes.

Once armed with the knowledge that the body naturally produces creatine it is easy to understand why creatine monohydrate would also be beneficial. To back up these claims behind creatine monohydrate it is wise to understand what muscle strength is dependant upon. This is especially important if one is trying to gain strength and build up the muscles as opposed to maintaining physique. Muscle strength relies on a substance called adenosine triphosphate or ATP. ATP is largely dependant upon the levels of creatine in the body so the higher the creatine content, the better the environment to create harder, stronger muscles.

Creatine is found in natural foods that society consumes such as tuna, salmon, cod, beef or pork. These products have creatine and are most often consumed by bodybuilders to get those creatine benefits naturally without a supplement. When eating excess amounts of these substances just can’t be done, the creatine monohydrate supplement is there to boost creatine levels.

Speaking of natural ways to get creatine, there are a few precautions in this area. Overeating the natural source food items that contain high levels of creatine can be detrimental to bodybuilders and athletes in general. The reason for this is that there are significantly high levels of saturated fats and cholesterol in these foods. Bodybuilders tend to go for the creatine monohydrate supplement before over eating on these food items because there isn’t the fat content or the cholesterol. High fat intake and cholesterol can eventually lead to clogged arteries and hardening of the artery walls making creatine monohydrate a suitable and preferred replacement.

Incorporating creatine supplements into a natural diet can greatly improve conditions to increase strength and build muscle. It brings the creatine levels in the body that are required when weight training or bodybuilding. Avoid over eating and try the creatine monohydrate supplement today to add that extra boost while working out.

By: Troy Degarnham

About the Author:

With the popularity of creatine powder ever increasing, many variations of the product have come on to the market offering different benefits, different effects and not to mention at a different price tag. One of the main such variations is called creatine serum.

Creatine serum is really just a fancy word for creatine monohydrate in liquid form, or liquid creatine. The compounds are essentially the same apart from variations from manufacturer to manufacturer but there are growing differences in opinion regarding the effectiveness of the new creatine serum to the original creatine powder.

The main benefit of it was that it is said to be absorbed more quickly into the muscle tissue than normal creatine because in liquid it is already closer to being broken down. However scientific tests have shown to be that this is not generally the case although theory does suggest it. In reality the rate of absorbtion does not increase enough with creatine serum for it to count as a comperhensive benefit of using it over the powder.

Also rumour has begun that when taking this stuff, rather than creatine powder the user can skip the loading phase. The idea of the loading phase of creatine was to super saturate the muscles with the compound then take smaller amounts after wards just to maintain that balance. Obviously the way the creatine is taken doesn’t change the need for this process to be followed so this is another myth about creatine serum that can be put down to hearsay.

There is even a proper concern in regards to taking creatine serum that when the creatine monohydrate is in liquid form it becomes partly reduced to a substance called creatinine which is useless for the muscles. One study found recently that there was actually a lesser concentration of creatine monohydrate in liquid creatine for exactly this reason that part of it inevitably breaks down into creatinine.

A big part of your choice in selecting which to use should be which is easier to take. I know for some people, particularly in the loading phase, taking 5 doses a day and having to get out the spoon and mix a teaspoon with water every few hours is too time consuming and can cause them through laziness to miss doses and hence lessen the effect of the substance. So test it out and find out which works best for you.

Ultimately creatine has outstanding benefits whether taken in creatine serum or powdered form. Furthermore, while it may or may not be able to be absorbed faster into the muslces, ultimately it will not result in any significant changes to your results either muscle gain wise, energy wise, or fat loss wise.

By: Gary Stephens

About the Author:

I read recently that over $100 million dollars worth of creatine was sold the past year in the united states alone. With all the hype and attention given to creatine of late there has also been much misinformation almost to the point where now the popularity is reversing in the face of people not knowing whether it is actually a valid supplement or not!

Here are a few creatine facts that you might already know about but should DEFINITELY know about.

Creatine fact #1

Creatine a natural compound. Yes creatine occurs naturally in the human body and in nature. It is not a laboratory generated chemical despite the fact that some variations and extensions of regular creatine that are laboratory created do exist. In its natural form it is called creatine monohydrate and is found in high protein foods like meat or fish.

Creatine fact #2

Loading on creatine is not totally necessary. While bodybuilders in particular have touted the benefits of ‘loading’ up on creatine by taking large quantities of the supplement in the initial stages, research indicates that a period of loading not necessarily any more effective than normal creatine supplementation.

Creatine fact #3

Creatine does not give you more energy when taken before a workout. For creatine to effect the body in particular the muscle tissue, it has to be saturated with the substance (either from loading or long term use) so a shot of creatine before workout will not increase energy. Consistent usage however increases the levels of phosphocreatine which stimulates the muscles ultimate energy source called ATP and boosts energy levels particularly at an intramuscular level.

Creatine fact #4

There are no side effects to creatine supplementation. Despite numerous studies into the so called dangers of creatine, not one study has thus far provided conclusive evidence regarding any effects of any kind as a result of creatine taking. Cramps? False. Dehydration? Nope. Reacts with caffeine? Hearsay. Stomach discomfort? None that you wouldn’t have had anyway.

Creatine fact #5

Creatine super supplements are rarely more effective and are overpriced. Outside the normal creatine monohydrate pure supplement, many more expensive variations have popped up promising faster creatine absorbtion and faster results because of an increased concentration of glucose that stimulates insulin production in the body. This one is actually true. However the exact same effect can be achieved by simply taking creatine in water with sugar, sugar cubes or glucose tablets.

I hope these creatine facts have been useful in your choice as to whether to pursue creatine supplementation or not.

By: Gary Stephens

About the Author:
