		<description>True! recently my brother was fretting over growing some muscle mass and the Soya milk came in for rescue it provides the much needed protein for the body and also the energy. Heavy weight training has helped him shape muscle, although i dont know much about the carb part but certainly a high intake of protein can give you that macho look.</description>
